Day-of Planning & Coordinating
Without décor package
- Timeline Creation & Execution
Detailed itinerary from vendor arrival to the final exit.
- Vendor Management
Acting as the primary contact for all vendors (DJ, catering, florals), confirming arrivals, and managing setup.
- Venue Setup & Styling
Overseeing the decoration, ensuring ceremony and reception spaces match the couple's vision, including arranging centerpieces and seating.
- Logistics & Problem Solving
Solving unexpected issues discreetly, such as last-minute seating changes, missing items, etc.
- Ceremony/Reception Direction
Lining up the wedding party, cueing music and the officiant, and managing the reception flow (grand entrance, toasts).
- End-of-Night Support
Organizing, gathering personal items, gifts, and final vendor payments.
Planning & Coordinating with Décor
Full coordination + decorating package
All coordination services as above, plus:
- Gift area and sign in table décor: card box, picture frames, candles, easels, lanterns
- Buffet area décor and help with food containers (chaffing dishes, bowls, platters, serving ware, etc.)
- Entryway décor: lanterns, picture stands, easels, help with seating chart and welcome sign
- Centerpiece décor: vases, candle holders, hurricanes, cylinders, wood rounds, etc. (does not include fresh flowers)
- Bride and groom or sweetheart table décor: full table setting with real plates, chargers, napkins, silverware and stemware. Backdrop available.
- Ceremony area décor: sashes for chairs, bows, candles, lanterns, etc.
- Accent pieces – to fit theme and color scheme – including some small furniture pieces
- Access to our full inventory of décor items
- Toppers or runner for tables: premium cheesecloth, chiffon, satin, lace in a range of colors and textures
- Specialty linen available for an additional charge in a range of colors
Backdrops Available with Décor Package
Payment Information
We request a $500 dollar deposit to hold the wedding date. This deposit will be deducted from your total balance and is non-refundable. We request one half of the total, four weeks prior to the wedding date and the balance is due one week before the wedding day.
